Support single class output mode

The atomic class output of Panda is nice for performance reasons, but I often feel it makes it harder for me to experiment with styling in Chrome DevTools.

An alternative output mode could give developers the option to generate "regular" CSS classes instead of atomic CSS.

This would make development mode especially useful; it can be difficult to see what styles are applied to a given component when it has 30 classes each with a single style. A hashed class representing the component like how Stitches or Linaria handle this would be swell.
